I know this company well as they are my European truffle suppliers. They just launched this new truffle infused product line I'm so excited about. As a private chef nice to have almost fresh truffle slices in between seasons. And using grapeseed oil instead of olive is a game changer. Cheers guys!

I only put a thin layer of this marinara sauce to my oven baked pizza and the intensity of the truffle pieces was a WOW! It tasted like I shaved a whole bunch of truffles on top.
